On December 16th, 2025, students from India, Indonesia, and Switzerland came together for the third edition of The Horse International Conference 2025. A total of 25 teams presented their projects in 3-minute pitches—sharing real-life experience and highlighting intercultural collaboration.

1. Impact of Climate Change (ID)
Perspectives on daily life of a student in West Sumatera, Indonesia, amid severe flooding.

3. Sustainable Airplanes (CH)
With increasing focus on climate change and carbon emissions, the aviation industry is being pushed toward more sustainable practices. This project examines how the sector is responding to this challenge.

4. Natural Medicine for the Female Cycle (CH, ID)
This project explores the value of herbal medicine, Ayurveda, and everyday lifestyle practices, comparing Swiss and Indonesian approaches to natural healing.

5. Real Aviation Discipline through AI enhanced Flight Simulation (ID)
Learn to fly a plane through simulation. This project explores how real aviation discipline can be acquired using AI-enhanced flight simulation.

6. Engine Run Up (CH)
This project used a simulator to explore how an engine run-up works, focusing on safety, following procedures, and teamwork while gaining practical experience in aviation.

7. Sim Racing (CH)
This project investigates whether an AI coach can help sim racers improve lap times and driving performance by analyzing driving behavior and providing feedback to support faster and more consistent laps.

8. Heratlas (ID)
Heratlas is a cultural design project that brings global cultural heritage into dialogue with Indonesian Batik. Through respectful collaboration and shared storytelling, the project explores how folklore, nature, and traditional motifs from different cultures can meet, connect, and evolve together in a single Batik narrative, celebrating diversity, identity, and craftsmanship.

9. Plant-based Health Boosters (ID, CH)
This project explores how Indonesia and Switzerland approach health differently, comparing nature-based traditions and science-driven practices to highlight shared insights into sustainable well-being.

10. Bloom (ID)
Bloom is a youth-focused wellness concept that uses kombucha and a garden-inspired narrative to make gut health simple, affordable, and engaging. By turning fermentation into a creative experience, the project connects microbiome care with everyday habits and well-being.

11. Learn Convo (IN, CH)
Learn Convo is an Instagram-based project that explores and compares study cultures and learning styles in Switzerland and Indonesia.

12. Hidden Resources in the Deep Ocean (CH, ID)
This project examines the hidden biological and mineral resources of the deep ocean, while addressing the environmental, ethical, and sustainability challenges of deep-sea exploration.

This project examines electronic clutch control (ECC), combining expert insights and technical analysis to evaluate its impact on control, safety, performance, and reliability in modern vehicles.

This project investigates second-hand stores in Switzerland and Indonesia through interviews, exploring how they operate, their social and environmental impact, and the similarities and differences in reuse culture across the two countries.

This project explores personal training through interviews, focusing on training methods, and how technology supports—but does not replace—human effort in sports.

16. Your used Paper can save the Forest (ID)
This project focuses on recycling used paper into reusable books, demonstrating a simple, sustainable way to reduce waste, save resources, and protect the environment.

17. The Art of Costume Motorcycles (CH, IN, ID)
This project explores the culture of custom motorcycles through research and interviews, comparing modification practices in India, Indonesia and Switzerland while highlighting creativity, technical skill, legal limits, and personal expression in motorcycle modding.

18. Tripshare (ID)
TripShare is the prototype of a digital platform designed to help solo travelers find compatible travel partners safely and efficiently. By matching users based on destination, budget, and preferences, TripShare makes solo travel more affordable, social, and secure.

19. Heritage Hustle (ID)
Heritage Hustle is the prototype of a modern educational game that carries the concept of world cultural learning through light, interactive, and fun games. This game is designed to present an immersive exploration experience, where each level completed by players not only provides entertainment, but also enriches their understanding of global cultural heritage.

20. Piezoelectric Tiles (IN)
This project explores the potential of piezoelectric tiles to generate and store energy from foot traffic in India.

21. Cultural Poster (ID)
There are many cultures in this world, and few people are aware of them. That is why this team came up with the idea of introducing cultures through posters.

22. Smart Cities (ID)
This project presents a prototype concept for a free mobile phone charging station powered by pedestrian foot traffic. It explores how pressure tiles could convert footsteps into electrical energy, store it in a small energy unit, and supply power for public phone charging.

This project investigates how a simple cooling box on a university campus became the seed of Tens Coffee, illustrating how everyday observations and small-scale initiatives can spark innovative business ideas.

25. Lezgo (Tourism & Culture) (CH, ID)
Lezgo is a prototype travel guide app that helps travelers explore independently while understanding and respecting local cultures. It provides verified insights from local experts, etiquette guides, quick cultural tips, and quizzes to improve awareness, with optional premium features for personalized guidance and real-time support.
