Join The Horse Project – Collaborate with students worldwide, create real-world projects, and earn a Certificate in Intercultural Skills!
In this 3-month program, you will work in an international team with your own coach. Together you will turn your ideas into real projects that matter for you and your future career. Along the way, you will connect with students from around the world, build friendships across cultures, and boost your practical, communication, and collaboration skills. At the end, you will receive a Certificate in Intercultural Skills to add to your CV.
Program Overview
- Weekly online session: One group session per week where all teams meet.
- Action steps: During the sessions, participants join short activities and collect badges along the way.
- Collaboration space: Each participant receives a personalized login to The Horse Collab, our online collaboration space for teamwork and communication.
Month 1 – Teambuilding:
Introduction to intercultural collaboration with interactive games, team formation, and topic finding. Each team is guided by a The Horse ambassador (coach). By the end of the month, teams pitches their project idea.
Month 2 – The Experience:
Teams explore their topic through real-world connections such as interviews, surveys, films, photos, or experiments.
Month 3 – Shape & create:
Teams analyze their findings and develop a publication draft. Then the teams publish their work on dontwastemy.energy and may present at The Horse International Conference. The final session includes feedback, reflection, and shared learning.
